研究方向及研究室特色(Lab & Research Interest)

1. 結核桿菌研究:針對結核桿菌之致病機制和致病菌之偵測進行研究研究。實驗室以肺纖維母細胞(WI-38 cell)為模式,探討結核桿菌其所分泌的蛋白對宿主細胞信號傳遞和基因表現之影響。此外,可靠非侵入性和簡單之檢驗試劑亦將開發。

2. 腫瘤標誌之研究:利用蛋白質體學方法探討大腸直腸癌、肺癌等腫瘤蛋白質的表現和其早期與預後檢驗方法之開發。並從事血清免疫試劑之研發。

3. 慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD):研究病患體內自體抗體的血清學研究,並探討患者血清中 anti-elastin 自體抗體濃度與其疾病嚴重性之相關性。
